We want every one of our Team Members to succeed, excel and grow, so we are pleased to provide career-enhancing workshops, courses and webinars. Learn something new, improve your skills, feed your soul.

Every month our corporate Lead Therapist offers live Training webinars that are open to many of our Team Members. These webinars cover subjects such as “How to Increase Guest Requests”, “How to Offer Upgraded Services”, “Upping your Income with Retail”, and many administrative topics.

During our 3-day annual convention, we host an array of classes covering vital Team Member topics:

  • “Developing a Dream Team”- Learn and use the necessary processes and tools needed for maintaining and developing today’s top team members.

  • “Structural Assessment”- In this hands-on course massage therapists learn how to properly analyze guests and correct the “growing out of pattern” response. This knowledge keeps guests coming back for years to come.

We also offer regional trainings sessions that cover topics such as “Creating the Ultimate Guest Experience”, “Guest Education and Communication”, “Prenatal Massage” and other specific modalities. These vary regionally.

Many of our Retreats have monthly meetings that discuss education and training necessary for upcoming promotions and/or developmental trainings on services and sales.

Additionally, a library of previously recorded webinars and training videos are available to share with Retreats. Videos assist with all new hire training as well as continued development.

Furthermore, our internal communication platform confers greater Team collaboration and development through social media that allows members to connect and exchange questions, motivation, community events or ideas.
